The Denya Lake Concept
We chose to build Denya Lake in a privileged location, in the Pipera area, north of Bucharest. You're close enough to reach the city centre and key landmarks in about half an hour, yet far enough away from traffic noise to enjoy peace and clean air.
As part of the Denya Lake community, you benefit from all the advantages of living next to Baneasa Forest, close to shopping centres and healthcare facilities.
You can easily fit walks in nature, cycling and jogging into your daily routine, without having to travel far from home. All these activities can take place inside the complex, and you can also enjoy the swimming pool and sauna located at the heart of the community. We've created a playground so children can play safely outdoors near home.
