Tagor kicks off Phase 2 of Adora Forest in Timișoara, with Danya Cebus as general contractor

Real estate developer Tagor has initiated construction work for the second phase of the Adora Forest residential project, located in the northeastern part of Timișoara. The residential complex will include a total of 9 buildings with approximately 1,000 apartments, situated in the vicinity of the Dumbrăvița residential area, right next to Pădurea Verde (Green Forest).
The first building, with 107 apartments, is completed and fully occupied, while 40% of the 115 apartments in the second building are already reserved.
The general contractor is the construction company Danya Cebus, part of the AFI (Africa-Israel Investments) group.
Both buildings are designed with a height regime of G+11 floors and benefit from the best amenities and facilities, as well as premium quality finishes. The second building offers 2, 3, and 4-room apartments, as well as apartments with gardens.
