Danya Cebus has started construction work for the third phase of the Adora Forest residential project, located in the northern part of Timișoara. The residential complex will eventually comprise 9 blocks, totaling over 1,000 apartments, located in the vicinity of the Dumbrăvița residential area, right next to the Green Forest.

The third building is organized with a height regime of G + 11 floors and will include 117 apartments, with 2 and 3 rooms, as well as penthouse-type apartments, diverse in terms of layout and space. The block will benefit from a series of features and facilities, as well as high-quality finishes: above-ground and underground parking spaces, a playground, apartments with gardens, generous terraces, underfloor heating, generous glazed surfaces, etc.

Construction work is in full swing, with work currently underway on the execution of the vertical elements of the basement. For the foundations, 284 drilled piles were executed, and the raft foundation was constructed with the installation of 170 tons of reinforcement and the pouring of 1300 cubic meters of concrete. The good weather was favorable for the colleagues on the construction site, with work progressing according to plan.

The developer and general contractor is Danya Cebus, a subsidiary of Danya Cebus LTD, a construction company based in Israel. The company's main activities are the construction and development of office buildings, residential, commercial, and military projects. Adora Forest by Danya Cebus is sold exclusively through Hitch&Mosher, one of the leaders in the real estate market in the western part of the country.
