Construction Site Log: Progress on Block III of Adora Forest, September 2020

Danya Cebus has begun construction on the third phase of the Adora Forest residential project, located in the northern part of Timișoara. The residential complex will ultimately consist of 9 buildings, totaling over 1,000 apartments, located near the Dumbrăvița residential area, right next to Pădurea Verde.
The third building is designed as a 12-story structure and will feature 117 apartments, including 2- and 3-bedroom units as well as penthouses, with a variety of layouts and sizes. The building will feature a range of amenities and facilities, as well as high-quality finishes: above-ground and underground parking spaces, a playground, apartments with gardens, spacious terraces, underfloor heating, large windows, etc.
Construction work is in full swing, with work currently underway on the vertical elements of the basement. For the foundations, 284 bored piles were installed, and the raft foundation was constructed by installing 170 tons of rebar and pouring 1,300 cubic meters of concrete. The good weather has been favorable for the crew on site, and work is proceeding according to plan.
The developer and general contractor is Danya Cebus, a subsidiary of Danya Cebus LTD, a construction company headquartered in Israel. The company’s main activities include the construction and development of office buildings, as well as residential, commercial, and military projects. Adora Forest by Danya Cebus is sold exclusively through Hitch&Mosher, one of the leading real estate agencies in the western part of the country.
