Danya Cebus opened reservations for the third Adora Forest building in Timișoara

Danya Cebus, the developer of the third Adora Forest building, has started the sales process and opened reservations for the apartments to be built within the third phase of the residential complex in Timișoara. As in previous phases, Hitch&Mosher, the project's exclusive agent, will handle the sale of the apartments.

The third development stage of the residential complex consists of a building with a height regime of B+GF+10F+11recessed, featuring 117 apartments with top-quality finishes and underfloor heating. Adora Forest by Danya Cebus will include 2- and 3-room apartments, as well as penthouse-type apartments, diverse in layout and space, to meet the different needs and possibilities of future residents.

For the project launch phase, promotional prices start from 1,275 Euro / usable square meter, including 5% VAT. Adora Forest offers the best price-to-surface-to-quality ratio for 2- and 3-room apartments, most of which include an extra room in the price. This room can serve multiple functions, from a children's room or playroom to an office or workshop for hobbies.
