Danya Cebus has opened reservations for the third Adora Forest building in Timișoara

Danya Cebus, the developer of the third block of Adora Forest, has launched the sales process and opened reservations for the apartments to be built as part of the third phase of the residential complex in Timișoara. As with previous phases, Hitch&Mosher, the project’s exclusive agent, will handle the sale of the apartments. 

The third phase of the residential complex’s development consists of a high-rise building with a layout of ground floor + basement + 10 above-ground floors + 11 recessed floors, featuring 117 apartments with top-quality finishes and underfloor heating. Adora Forest by Danya Cebus will feature 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses, with varied layouts and sizes to meet the diverse needs and budgets of future residents.

For the project’s launch phase, promotional prices start at 1,275 euros per square meter of usable space, including 5% VAT. Adora Forest offers the best value for money—in terms of price, square footage, and quality—for its two- and three-bedroom apartments, most of which include an extra room in the price. The Adora Forest Timișoara project was launched in 2013 and currently comprises two apartment buildings; the first has been fully sold and is occupied, while the second has been completed and the necessary legal procedures are underway for its handover to future residents.
