Danya Cebus has started reservations for the fourth Denya Forest block in Timișoara

Danya Cebus has launched the sales process and opened reservations for the apartments to be built in the fourth phase of the Denya Forest residential complex in Timișoara. Sales of the apartments, as in previous phases, will be handled by Hitch&Mosher, the project's exclusive agent.
The fourth development stage of the residential complex is a building with a height regime of B+GF+10F+11recessed, with 116 apartments, featuring high-quality finishes and underfloor heating system. Block IV Denya Forest will include 1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3-room apartments, as well as penthouse-type apartments, diverse in layout and space, to suit the different needs and possibilities of future residents.

For the launch phase of the project, promotional prices start from 1,350 Euro / useful square meter, a price to which 5% VAT is added. Denya Forest has the best price - surface - quality ratio for 2.5-room apartments, which offer an extra room included in the price. This room can have multiple functionalities, from a children's room or a playroom to an office or workshop for practicing hobbies, so necessary in this period.
“We expect the fourth phase of the Denya Forest residential complex to attract significant interest from potential clients. We have prepared special offers, valid during the project launch period.
