Danya Cebus has opened reservations for the fourth Denya Forest building in Timișoara

Danya Cebus has launched the sales process and opened reservations for the apartments to be built as part of the fourth phase of the Denya Forest residential complex in Timișoara. As with previous phases, Hitch&Mosher, the project’s exclusive agent, will handle the sale of the apartments.
The fourth phase of the residential complex’s development consists of a building with a layout of ground floor + basement + 10 above-ground floors + 11 recessed floors, featuring 116 apartments with high-quality finishes and underfloor heating. Block IV of Denya Forest will include 1.5-, 2-, 2.5-, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouse apartments, varying in layout and size to meet the diverse needs and budgets of future residents.

For the project’s launch phase, promotional prices start at 1,350 euros per square meter of usable space, plus 5% VAT. This room can serve multiple purposes, ranging from a children’s room or playroom to an office or workshop for pursuing hobbies—something we all need so much right now.

The Denya Forest residential complex offers all the benefits of living near the Green Forest, providing nature lovers with an active lifestyle. The Denya Forest Timișoara project was launched in 2013 and currently comprises three buildings, the first two of which are already in use and fully occupied, while the third is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2022. Construction work on Block IV has already begun, with work currently underway on the basement level. The estimated completion date is April 2023.
