Danya Cebus has opened reservations for Building 5 of the Denya Forest complex in Timișoara

Danya Cebus has launched the sales process and opened reservations for the apartments to be built as part of the fifth phase of the Denya Forest residential complex in Timișoara. As with previous phases, Hitch&Mosher, the project’s exclusive agent in Romania, will handle the sale of the apartments.
The fifth phase of the residential complex’s development consists of a building with a layout of ground floor + basement + 11 stories, featuring 116 apartments with high-quality finishes and underfloor heating. Block V of Denya Forest will feature 1.5-, 2-, 2.5-, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouse units, with varied layouts and sizes to accommodate the different needs and budgets of future residents.

For the project’s launch phase, promotional prices start at 1,461 euros per square meter of usable space, including 5% VAT.
