Danya Cebus has started reservations for the fifth building in the Denya Forest complex in Timișoara

Danya Cebus has started the sales process and opened reservations for the apartments to be built in the fifth phase of the Denya Forest residential complex in Timișoara. Sales of the apartments, as in previous phases, will be handled by Hitch&Mosher, the project's exclusive agent in Romania.

The fifth development phase of the residential complex consists of a building with a height regime of B+GF+11F, featuring 116 apartments with high-quality finishes and underfloor heating system. Building V Denya Forest will include 1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3-room apartments, as well as penthouse-type apartments, varied in layout and space, to meet the different needs and possibilities of future residents.

"With the development of the fifth phase of the project, the Denya Forest ensemble will comprise over 560 completed apartments. For the project's launch phase, promotional prices start from 1,461 Euro / usable square meter, including 5% VAT. Denya Forest offers the best price-to-area-to-quality ratio for 2.5-room apartments, which include an extra room in the price. This room can have multiple functions, from a children's room or play area to an office or workshop for hobbies.
