Israeli developer Danya Cebus, which built the AFI Cotroceni mall in Bucharest, has four proprietary residential projects in various stages of development, located in the Capital and near Timișoara.

Denya Forest in Timișoara, Denya Lake, Denya Pipera, and Denya Corbeanca in Bucharest are the four complexes adding thousands of new homes to the map of the Capital and the surroundings of the city on the Bega River. The company continues to operate as a construction contractor.
