The Israeli developer Danya Cebus, which built the AFI Cotroceni shopping mall in Bucharest, has four residential projects of its own at various stages of development, located in the capital and near Timişoara.

Denya Forest in Timişoara, Denya Lake, Denya Pipera, and Denya Corbeanca in Bucharest are the four developments adding several thousand new homes to the map of the capital and the surrounding area of the city on the Bega River. The company also continues to operate as a construction contractor.
