    • Each villa will be supplied with heat and domestic hot water using an air-water heat pump to which will be added a boiler dedicated to the preparation of hot water. To increase the water flow, circulation pumps were placed on the water distribution system.
    • Each room will be equipped with a thermostat and screed sensor
    • The bathrooms will be heated by underfloor heating and using a Purmo Santorini towel rail radiator (or similar, where appropriate). The radiator's supply circuit and the bathroom heating circuit will not have a servo motor and a thermostat.
    • The ventilation of the rooms will be done with non-encased duct-type fan coil units for installation in the false ceiling arranged in all living rooms.
    • The equipment used achieves cooling during the summer and heating during the cold periods of the year, between temperatures of -15°C/35°C.
